Casino formats and the Originals collection

Cashy's navigation separates slots, live-dealer tables and Originals. The in-house Originals collection is described as using provably fair verification, while third-party games have their own rules and features. Provider collections organise the studio titles.

For a useful comparison, decide whether you want a live table, a conventional slot or an Originals format before comparing promotions. Those are different experiences even when they share one account.

First-24-hour cashback and the closing balance

The welcome offer returns 25% of qualifying net losses during the 24 hours after the first qualifying deposit. Its displayed dollar example gives a $100 minimum deposit and $2,500 maximum return, with the account's offer identifying the applicable currency. Cashback is automatic cash with 0× bonus wagering, calculated once at the end of the window; rewards and bonus balances are excluded.

For example, a 200-unit qualifying net loss over the full window produces a 50-unit cashback credit, leaving a 150-unit net loss after that credit. The closing result for the complete 24-hour period supplies the calculation base, in the currency of the selected offer.

Cash rewards and deposit bonuses have separate conditions

Cashy's rules distinguish cash rewards with 0× bonus wagering from a first-deposit bonus with 40× bonus wagering, a 14-day period and a C$10 maximum bet while active. General payment rules also require 1× deposit turnover. Each balance therefore follows the conditions of its own promotion.

Ten loyalty tiers and 100 levels

Cashy describes 100 levels across ten tiers. Daily rakeback is based on a share of the house edge, not a percentage of the entire stake; weekly loss-based cashback starts at level 10, monthly rewards at level 20 and a dedicated manager at level 50. Some rewards have a seven-day claim period. These mechanics are separate from the first-day welcome cashback.
