The FAQ aims for processing within 12 hours, while the English terms aim for 72 hours after approval. The payment table separately labels cards 3–5 days and some wallets and crypto methods instant. Those pages do not explain a single combined timeline. The KYC policy allows up to 30 working days after all requested documents are provided. Verification, approval and the selected transfer route therefore need to be read separately.
