Interac: up to 24 hours before release
The Ontario help allows up to 24 hours before releasing a withdrawal. It then describes approximately 40 minutes for banks supporting Fast Funds, or 1–3 working days with standard processing. Account verification and the original funding method apply; this is a published schedule, not a test payment.
Interac: request release and bank delivery
The Ontario withdrawal policy requires an initial Interac deposit to register the receiving route. Requests can take up to 24 hours to be released. After release, it describes roughly 40 minutes for banks supporting Fast Funds and 1–3 working days for banks using standard processing.
Those are separate stages. The app's instant-withdrawal wording is not a promise that an unverified request or every receiving bank will complete immediately.

Minimum withdrawal and the funding account
The local terms set a C$10 withdrawal minimum. A remaining balance from C$1 to below C$10 can be handled through customer support. Cleared funds, completed verification and applicable account conditions are required.
Withdrawals normally return to the main deposit method. The rules allow a processing charge and describe alternative arrangements when the original route cannot be used; a change of route is not automatically fee-free.

Sports winnings limits are a different measure
BetVictor links a separate maximum-payout policy for bets. That policy concerns the winnings a bet can return, rather than how much the cashier transfers in one request.
